2023 Annual Meeting and Conference

Registration is now open for the 2023 Annual Meeting and Conference.  Please click here to register.  The Conference Agenda is still being finalized and we have a terrific lineup of topics and speakers that will bring cutting edge information to all of our attendees!

Groups

Employer members with 5 or more attendees will get a discountred rate of $275 per attendee.

Attendee Confirmations

Confirmations will be emailed to your attention within two hours of completion of your registration. We will not process faxed registration forms without payment information.

Official Attendee Roster

CSIA must receive your registration prior to April 30th to be listed in the official conference roster, which will be available on the conference app. 

Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellation Policy: Your written request for a refund must be received no later than 5:00 PM Monday,May 8, 2023. Telephone requests will not be honored. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT DATE. Postmark will control. 

Recommended Attire

Comfortable clothing is recommended.  Please be prepared for cool temperatures in the ballroom.

Hotel

Make your room reservation now! The special rates for the event is $254 plus tax.  A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate.  This rate is ONLY available to individuals that are registered conference attendees.  Should you make a room reservation and not register for the conference your reservation will be cancelled by the hotel.

Reservations must be made by April 24, 2023, OR before the group rooms are sold out, so do not delay.

Rooms are subject to availability, and prevailing rates may apply after this date or when the group rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. 

Theme Park Tickets

Theme park capacity will be significantly limited to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing.  Disney will manage attendance through a new theme park reservation system that will require all Guests, including Event Attendees with theme park tickets, to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. Theme park reservations will be limited and subject to availability.  Park admission is not guaranteed, and attendance at the Event does not guarantee a theme park reservation.  Additional information about park reservations, limitations on benefits, features, eperiences and offerings, enhancd health and safety measures and other information can be found at Disneyland.com/Upates.

These specially priced tickets are intended only for guests that are participating in this Event. Only the registered attendee is allowed to purchase tickets from this discounted ticket store link and they can purchase up to 6 tickets maximum.  Disney will be confirming that the ticket purchasor is a registered attendee at the conference.

Please note that the Ticket Store will open on Sunday, Jan 22, 202 and closes at 9pm on Saturday May 13, 2023.  Tickets are valid from Thursday, May 11, 2023 through Monday, May 22, 2023.

Parking

Parking is Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00) per car for self-parking or Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per car for valet.  These charges are for once in, once out privileges and not for in/out privileges. All parking prices are subject to change without notice.

Conference Location

The Disneyland Resort® Hotel is located at 1150 Magic Way, Anaheim, CA 92802. Our conference is in the Magic Kingdom Ballroom and Foyer.

On-site Registration

Annual Meeting and Educational Conference registration is from noon – 4:30 pm on Monday,May15th and from 7:30am to 4:00pm May 16th.

IF YOUR COMPANY IS A MEMBER OF CSIA, YOU MUST LOG INTO YOUR EXISTING MEMBER PROFILE SO THAT YOU CAN REGISTER AT THE MEMBER RATE.  FAILURE TO REGISTER VIA THIS METHOD WILL CAUSE YOU TO PAY THE NON-MEMBER RATE.
