  • The session on working with your excess carrier will illustrate what you as an employer must do in order to have a successful working relationship with your excess carrier and what you must know to ensure that there is coordination among all on your clams team.
  • Dr. John Howard, former Cal-OSHA Chief and current Director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health in Washington, DC, will take the audience through the challenges of 21st century occupational safety & health focusing on the impact of today’s emerging technology: robotics, autonomous vehicles, and artificial intelligence.
